Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Director of Corporate & International Taxation to join our team at Targray Group Headquarters in Montreal, Quebec (Kirkland). Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for overall tax strategy including all components of compliance, tax planning, indirect taxes, and accounting for income taxes. You will lead a team of 4 people specialized in indirect and corporate & international taxation.
As Director of Corporate & International Taxation, you will work with advisors, service providers, and other tax professionals to carry out your responsibilities in various jurisdictions. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business on tax and entity management matters for new businesses and transactions. The Director of Corporate & International Taxation will provide advice and updates to the senior management and owners about the Company’s tax strategy, practices, and exposures.
