Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts, integrations, and workflows for desktop deployments and migrations of user data, applications, and settings to new devices using.
PowerShell, Power Platform, and other automation tools to orchestrate deployments.
Test and troubleshoot automation solutions and ensure they meet the business and user requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT staff on automation-related issues and best practices.
Document and update automation processes, procedures, and standards.
Research and evaluate new automation technologies and tools and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, automation, or related roles.
Proficient in PowerShell, Power Platform, and other desktop automation tools, with demonstrated ability to author new code and projects.
This includes the ability to utilize APIs effectively and design secure integrations that adhere to industry-recognized best practices.
Experienced in deploying software and automating processes within Intune, as well as developing integrations with ServiceNow.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and other cloud-based services and platforms.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant areas are a plus indhu Reddy Garlapati.
