Engagement Managers are emerging executives within the firm and serve as a “Trusted Advisor” to Fortune 500 CEOs, presiding over the tactical operation of client engagements across a wide range of industries. The Engagement Manager role offers industry-leading earning potential and career development opportunities. An effective Engagement Manager will earn total annual compensation between $250k to $350k+, comprised of a competitive base salary, Assessment conversion incentive and Extension incentive. An Engagement Manager must target no more than 18 months in the role before earning a promotion to Managing Partner and compensation exceeding $1M.
